Good Charlotte Cancels Indonesian Show
Good Charlotte have cancelled their July 14 show in Indonesia, the concert's promoters have told the press. The Maryland quintet were due to play in the Indonesian capital of Jakarta but decided against after recent travel warnings by both Australian and American governments. The warnings surround reports that Islamic militants were planning attacks against foreigners.Indonesia has suffered three terrorist attacks in the past three years, the deadliest of these occurring in 2002 when a bomb killed over 200 people in a Bali nightclub.
