Beleaguered pop star Michael Jackson was cleared June 13 on all 10 molestation counts. The eight-woman and four-man jury took nearly 32 hours to deliberate—spread out over seven days—to reach the verdict. The trial at the courthouse in Santa Maria, California lasted for 14 weeks.The 46-year-old singer was facing 10 counts that included molesting a 13-year-old boy, plying the minor with alcohol and conspiring to hold him captive. If convicted, Jackson would have faced up to 20 years in prison.
