Story of the Year Attacked by Godsmack Crew in Indiana Bust-up

Members of emo rocker band Story of the Year were attacked by Godsmack's production manager, crew, and security following a joint radio show in Indiana that featured the two bands. According to a statement on the Story of the Year website, the band and their tour manager were attacked after their performance because the group asked attendees in the lawn section to come down to the front of the pavillion, a move that aggravated the local security and Godsmack's touring crew. SOTY memebers sustained facial injuries and were detained by police for questioning. No charges have been filed and representatives for Godsmack have not released a statement.
