At a recent event, Lil’ Kim unveiled a startling new look that seemed to include a lightening of the skin on her face.Though never a stranger to extreme hair dye and colored contacts, the La Bella Mafia rapper, whose real name is Kimberly Jones, showed up at the press day for the Thirtieth Annual Toyota Grand Prix with her face looking markedly lighter than her hands.
Representatives for Lil’ Kim deny that she has done anything to alter her appearance.
In related news, Lil’ Kim pleaded not guilty in April to perjuring herself in testimony she gave to a grand jury in 2001 involving a shooting between Jones’s entourage and that of her rivals Capone-N-Noreaga. Kim, who faces 30 years in prison, was released on $500,000 bail. A court date is pending.
