Jaime Capdeboscq, then 17, and Whitnie Candiotto, 18, are pursuing a federal suit against Dogg and Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis, claiming they are pictured on the video cover without their permission. They also deny taking the drugs.
Doggs lawyers have filed rebuttals arguing the women voluntarily flashed and consumed alcohol and other intoxicants, and that they knew they were on a commercial film set.
