Television teen star Jennifer Love Hewitt established herself on shows like Disneys Kids Incorporated and Foxs Party of Five before releasing her first album, Lets Go Bang, on Atlantic in 1995. She contributed two songs to the soundtrack for House Arrest, in which she had a starring role. Following her commercial acting successes, including lead roles in the teen flicks I Know What You Did Last Summer and Cant Hardly Wait, she signed with Jive Records in 2002.
