All-American Rejects
The All-American Rejects are an emo punk band that hail from Stillwater, Oklahoma, where the band’s two frontmen, Nick Wheeler on guitar and programming and Tyson Ritter on vocals and bass, went to school together. The Rejects released their self-titled debut album in 2002, on the independent label Doghouse. The album’s lyrics about real-life experiences with ex-girlfriends and relationships appealed to young listeners and helped the band quickly amass a mainstream following.
