Born on March 14, 1933, in Chicago and raised in Seattle, 26-time Grammy winner and 77-time Grammy nominee Quincy Jones is one of the most successful producers in the history of pop music. He started out as a jazz trumpeter, arranger and writer in the 50s. By 1964 he was a vice president of Mercury Records. Jones moved to the A&M label and founded Qwest Records in 1980.Reviews
