Metal vocalist Robert Cummings (a.k.a. Rob Zombie) was born on January 12, 1966, in Haverhill, Massachusetts. He moved to New York and formed White Zombie in 1985. In 1992 the group released their major-label debut, La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Vol. 1. Zombie, a talented visual artist as well, has worked as an art director for a porn magazine and as a production assistant on Pee-Wees Playhouse, and his new visibility gave him the opportunity to do animation work on 1993s Beavis and Butthead Do America. After the success of his solo debut, 1998s Hellbilly Deluxe, he split up White Zombie and founded his own label, Zombie-A-Go-Go Records.Reviews
