Baha Men
Jankanoo is the traditional dance music of the Bahamas, the island origin of the Baha Men. Fusing modern dance music conventions to their Junkanoo sound, bandleader Isaiah Taylor and the Baha Men were making music for nearly 20 years before their ESPN-fueled hit, “Who Let the Dogs Out” (2000), drove their album of the same name on to sell 4 million copies.
