Avenged Sevenfold
Orange County, California, punk quintet Avenged Sevenfold (or A7X) joined forces in the summer of 1999 while still in high school. They released their goth-metal debut album, Sounding the Seventh Trumpet, in 2001, and followed up in 2003 with Waking the Fallen. The band's frequent touring earned them a spot on the Warped Tour in 2003 and 2004.
