The Crawl: Michael Jackson Fans Protest!

+ If you've seen the video for "Wanted Dead Or Alive," then you know that Bon Jovi take their touring seriously. So seriously that sometimes they need to just wipe their face with their hands, stare out a window, and think. The steel horse-riding cowboys will be rocking millions of faces next year when they take off on yet another trek. The tour is currently slated to run from February through July. A highlight will be the opening of the new Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey, which is replacing the soon-to-be-demolished Giants Stadium. Those shows happen in May. Naturally, tickets are on sale next week. Hope nothing comes up between now and then, ticketholders! [Bon Jovi]

Bon Jovi - New Music - More Music Videos

+ Noel Gallagher continues to mentally, emotionally, and professionally move on from Oasis. Said Noel to the U.K.'s Daily Mirror:

"I'm looking forward to doing my own thing, bringing out my own music. I'm glad that's what people want to hear. I am not thinking about much else, Oasis or Liam, I'm just having a good time."

But who's he going to fight with now? [NME]

+ Sorry, Melrose Place fans: Ashlee Simpson's contract is not being renewed. But don't think she's getting fired; show producers say that her role was always meant to be limited. Riiiiight. [Us]

+ Michael Jackson's This Is It film is opening next week, but not all fans of the King Of Pop are happy. A group of fans feel that the film's producers have purposely glossed over Jackson's dire health when much of the footage was shot (IE the week of his death). They have a website, This-Is-Not-It, and a very spooky video message. [Billboard]

+ That whole 'Kanye is dead' meme that swept Twitter earlier this week? It was apparently started by a group of bodybuilders. Bet you didn't see that coming. [Daily Swarm]

+ U2 will be live streaming their Rose Bowl show this Sunday on YouTube. Tune in around 8:30 PM Pacific. See that huge stage setup on your tiny laptop! [YouTube]

+ R.I.P., Soupy Sales. [Los Angeles Times]
