Live: Jimmy Eat World at Terminal 5 in NYC

It was the very first stop of the Tour. Half way through the set, Jim Adkins mentioned a very warmhearted 'thank you' to the“J.E.W.”s--dedicated fans (which ranged from 4 ft pre-teens to full grown adults. The crowd partied like it was 1999, when Jimmy released Clarity. The band played the record from start to finish. There were hands in the air, crowd surfers, and scrawny young girls hopping around so joyfully that they inadvertently started a dainty mosh pit. For an encore, they did “What I Would Say to You Now,” “No Sensitivity,” “Work,” “Pain,” “The Middle,” and “Sweetness.”
