Michael Jackson Gets A Fresh Start In Bel Air

450_ap_jackson_081117.jpgMichael Jackson has signed a one-year lease for a mansion in the not-too-shabby area of Bel Air in Los Angeles.  Jackson's spokesperson, named Dr. Tohme Tohme (what?), said that the house is "a little bit more than an average home."   A little bit? The rent is $100,000 per month!  I'm sure Michael will have to adjust to this just-above-average home after leaving his Neverland Ranch behind. To him, this is like moving from a house to a cardboard box. Where is he going to put all those gold sphinxes he bought in Vegas?

Anyway, I didn't know he still had any money - not only to afford $100,000 a month on rent, but to  pay for a spokesperson with a name like Dr. Tohme Tohme!  You just know that guy doesn't come cheap. Tohme also noted that Michael wants to be in L.A. to focus on making more music, adding: "the second half (of his career) will be better than the first."  I'm not sure my mind can comprehend exactly how awesome this next phase of his career would have to be, in order to be better than the first, but here's hoping that the prediction comes true.  (I'm envisioning the next "Thriller," except this time, instead of putting on all sorts of special effects makeup, Michael just appears in the video sans makeup altogether.)

There is no 'second' part to anyones life or career, we have one life and we learn as we get older, Michael has learned from his past sucess and mistakes, now he has children and he will put what he has learned into action for his kids. IF he keeps clean, focussed and does not get caught up in the hype and takes care of himself he will enjoy the ride all the way MAy god bless him and his kids and good luck to him
