Watch: LL Cool J Solicits a Prostitute

On the surface, LL Cool J's new single is a lot like almost every other LL Cool J single aimed at the ladies: smoothness exemplified. Chorus: "I'm your baby, your baby, your baby, your baby." But usually LL is in control on these tracks, suggestively licking his lips all the while. There may be a couple tongue lashings in this clip, but the veteran MC is completely at the mercy of The Ultimate Club Chick, played by unconscionably hot Gossip Girl star Nicole Fiscella (left). It's easy to see why LL has completely lost his mind.

And the song's romance has an appealing blue-collar goofiness: the duo make peace signs at each other ("like John Travolta"), hit up a corner store for snacks and drink a six pack in the back of a pick-up truck. Not exactly your typical Patrón-sipping tryst at the 40/40. Even weirder, LL sublimates his own ego here — he's not LL Cool J the Sex Icon as much as he's Some Earnest Dude Who Solicits Prostitutes ("never had a girl make me feel this way, even though I had to pay"). It's funny to hear such a notorious ladies man completely in awe ("Everything about her say 'You don't deserve me'/ I hope I'm worthy!") and pretend he's not famous ("She lookin' for a man that can give her a break/ Like Usher or Justin Timberlake"). Still, he goes a little too far: "She makes me tingle!" he enthuses. The word "tingle" should never be heard in a rap song.
