Good Charlotte Gang Up on Clarkson
If you thought the 50 Cent/Game beef was silly, check out this catfight brewing in tweenpop. In the red corner: Kelly Clarkson. In the blue corner: Good Charlotte brothers Joel and Benji Madden, and Hilary Duff (who's dating Joel). Responding to comments Clarkson recently made about Duff, Benji dissed the "Since U Been Gone" singer in a post he later removed from his blog. But not before a reader made a copy…"So I won't say 'Amercian Idol' sux, but it does make me laugh when someone like Kelly Clarkson disses someone like Hilary Duff, 'cause let's not forget it, Kelly (BTW: Kanye West thinks you have a nice ass, I saw him look at it one time) (me, I prefer the more fit look) anyways—you were a 'contestant' on a TV show. Hilary made herself."
And in another caustic post yesterday, Benji revealed that he will be DJing at Duff's birthday party today (the pop princess turns 18), while also "making balloon figures of Kelly Clarkson." More cattiness and hilarious disses sure to come.
