In a recession, it’s smart to diversify. And judging by the new crop of musician-produced wines, rock stars are thirsty for some class. Blender enlisted alcohol enthusiasts Joe Elliott, Rick “Sav” Savage and Vivian Campbell, of Def Leppard, to find out.
