Though she might play a small-town singer/songwriter on the CW's One Tree Hill, there's nothing provincial about Kate Voegele's skyrocketing music career. Since bursting onto the scene in 2003, the burgeoning brunette has played with Dave Matthews, Willie Nelson and Neil Young; sung the national anthem in Madison Square Garden; and had her music featured on MTV's hit show The Hills. This year, she'll be touring with former teen sensations Hanson; before embarking, however, she swung by the Blender House at SXSW to pose for these sexy snaps.
