The follow-up to TV On the Radio's justly fawned over 2006 album Return to Cookie Mountain will see official release on September 23 courtesy of your friends at Interscope records. We know it's called Dear Science and the band are heading out on an extensive U.S. tour this fall to bring their avant-pop goodness to the horn-rimmed masses (check dates here).
